【災害時のメンタルケア】
 ◆１.今こそ自分自身のメンタルケアを。
 
今はまだ地震直後であり、だれでもアドレナリンが噴出している時です。
こういう時は何かをしたくてたまらなくなりますが、
まずはその自分自身の感覚に意識を向けてみましょう。

細々意識してみることをトラッキングといいます。
自分自身に対するサポートを最初にしてください。
 
私たちが落ち着いているか、不安エネルギーをまき散らしているかによって、
様々なことが違ってきます。
 
 
◆２. テレビの視聴には気をつけてください。

＊特にお子様、感受性の強い老若男女の方々。
 
身体がだるくなったり、ボーッとしたり、涙が出てきたり、
妙な罪悪感が湧いてきたり、不安状態にある自分に気づいたら、
即刻テレビを消すか、必要なニュース速報のみが流れてくる全く違う番組にしてください。
 
テレビで繰り返し繰り返し流される悲惨な映像は、
非常に強い吸引力を持ちます
（とかく最近のメディアは人々の不安をあおるのが特徴です）。
 
人によっては催眠にかけられたように
テレビの前から動けなくなる人もいるでしょう。
こうした映像に何度も何度も自分をさらすことは、
何の役にも立ちません。

＊＊＊私たちが生きていく為に必要な情報が得られれば、それだけでいいのです！＊＊＊

トラウマの渦の引っ張り込む力はとてもとても強力です。
サンフランシスコ大地震の時は、
繰り返されるメディア報道が人々にもたらすネガティブなインパクトは
甚大だったといいます。
 
 
◆３. 今一番に必要なのは、身の安全を確保することです。
 
避難場所、食べ物、人々が安全かどうかをチェックすることが優先です。

ただし必要以上に過敏になり買いだめに走るなどパニックを引き起こす
行動は控えましょう。
パニックはパニックを呼び、連鎖して拡大してしまいます。

◆４. そして非常時に最も大切なのは、人とのコミュニケーションです。

人を求めるのは、とてもとても自然なことです。
 
その時の自分の思いを言葉にして、所属するコミュニティでシェアしたり、
身近な人に伝えてみてください。
もちろん、手段はメールでも構いません。
「メールに書きながら落ち着いてきました。大丈夫です」とおっしゃる方、多いです。

以上、共感した方はお友達と共有してくださいね。

そして私からのお願いです。

小さな、または思春期のお子さんがいらっしゃるご家庭は
地震報道のテレビを消して出来るだけ日常生活を送るようにしてください。

情報はネットや携帯から十分に入手出来ます。

衝撃的な映像は私達大人以上に子供達には直接影響します。
一見、何も刺激を受けていないようにみえて、潜在意識に恐怖や不安は
深く深く入り込みます。

ネガティブな話題は子供の前では話さない努力を。
お子さんが寝た後で大人だけで話すようにしてください。

余震が来ても慌てずに子供の前では明るく「揺れてるけど大丈夫だよ」と
笑顔を見せてあげてください。
親が怖がると子供はそれ以上に怖がり、それがトラウマになってしまいます。

我が家ではTVは一切消し（節電の為にも）、音楽をかけて
日常生活を送っています。
地震の話題はなし。
必要な情報のみ子供の前では淡々と伝えるようにしています。

子供は私達の、そして社会の宝であり希望の星です。

どうか、その宝物を自分達の手で守ってくださいね。

いろんな情報をみていましたが、mimiさんの記事で
目が覚めました。

もう子供の前で涙するのはやめます。テレビも消します。
（教育テレビのアニメだけ！）

私も、息子がいる時はテレビを消しているか
子供の見る番組のみにしています。
息子がトミカで津波ごっこをしているのを見て
ハッとしました。
私の住んでいる地域は常に地震も多く、
原発もあるため情報に過敏になってしまいます。
子供を守ることが一番大切ですね。
心も体も守ってあげなくては。
明日からこちらも、輪番停電が始まります。
できることは協力していきたいと思っています。

アドレナリンが出ているんですね、、
なんだか地震が起きてから、わけもなく気がイライラしがちでした、、
子どもに向けても、、
せっかく保育園を休ませて、一緒にすごしているのに
なぜこんなにイラつくことがあるのかなと思っていました
自分のメンタルが弱いですね。。
もっと自分を見つめて、子どもを守ることに自信をもって
未来を生きる子どもの一日一日を大事にしてあげたいと思いました

今回の記事、本当にありがとうございました。
実際にどうしたらいいのかが分かり、役に立ちました。
できるだけ冷静になるつもりが、
実際の自分はそうではなかったことに気づきました。
４歳の長男が今、精神的に不安定なのは、
私の気持ちが不安定だからだと気づきました。
母はしっかりしないと！ですね。

ずっとブログを読ませていただいてました。
今回の記事とても参考になりました。
私は被災地の近郊の県に住んでいて、
ずっとテレビで被災情報を見ていたので、
この記事を読むまで、偏頭痛と、不眠、なんともいえない
体の不調を感じていたので、最近テレビを消して、
極力見ないようにしたところ、
体調が戻りました。私も小さな子供がいるのに
ずっとテレビを視聴していた事に気がついて
恐ろしくなりました。

私も、すごく気分が、重かったです。辛かった。全てが、不謹慎みたいな感じでした。
1日から、入院して、テレビや、ニュースから、遠ざかると、普通に、mixiでの地震に対する、みんなの情報も、見れるようになり、はじめの日は、怒りを皆と共に分かち合い、そして、次には、地震や原発などの事象から、自分を客観的に遠ざかる必要性を学び、そしてこのブログに出会い、生きている奇跡に、感謝して、穏やかなエネルギーを流す事を学びました。
何があっても、母は、穏やかである事が、素敵なことなんですね(^-^)
