台湾の食材は美味しいっ！

帰国早々、風邪引きました…。
去年はほとんど風邪引かなかったのに～。
体力が落ちているのでしょうか

知人に
「毎朝に自家製野菜ジュースを飲め！運動しろ！
　そうしたら確実に５歳若返るし風邪も引かないから」と言われ
慌ててビックカメラにジューサーを買いに走った私です。

そうアドバイスしてくれたＭさん、
見た目本当にお若い
しかも４年ぶり？くらいに会ったのに
１ミクロンも老けていなくてかなり説得力あるアドバイスでした。

しかしジューサーって高いんですね。
狙っていたのは２万近くするのでビックリしました～(＠_＠;)

今年はさらにインナービューティーを目指して頑張ろうと思います。
食べたものは血となり肉となるので気を抜けませんね^^；

台湾で購入した食材をちょこっとご紹介。

＜櫻花蝦＞
桜エビの仲間みたいなもの。日本の桜エビより小さめで
触感がふわふわ軽い感じです。
もっと買えば良かった！！と思うほど香り高く美味しいです。

香港で購入した干し貝柱と櫻花蝦、生姜と白菜を中華出汁、胡麻油で
コトコト長く煮込むと本当に美味しいスープが出来上がります。

ちなみに最近ハマっている胡麻油はこちら。

とても香りが高くてまろやか。料理がひきたちます。

＜からすみ＞（烏魚子）
味もそっけもない写真ですが^^；

本に紹介されていたお店があまりにシャビーだったので
躊躇して１つしか買わなかったけど大後悔！！
実は創業１００年の歴史を誇るからすみ専門店だったそうです。
次回行った時はまとめ買いしようと思います。

この大きさで１５００円。安いっ！
臭みもなく塩気もちょうどいい感じです。

ペペロンチーニにからすみの削ったのをまぶすだけ！
シンプルだけど美味しいのですぅ～。

＜ドライマンゴー＞
ドライフルーツは美容にいいと聞いてからお腹空いた時に
おやつ代わりに食べていましたが、
台湾産のドライマンゴーは美味しいと聞いて購入。
漢方屋さんで買ったのですが、「一体どこにマンゴーが？？」と思うような店構え。
でもちゃんとありました！
２つしか在庫がなかったので２袋だけ。

お、美味しいっ！！！

ドライマンゴーの概念が吹っ飛ぶくらいに濃厚でフルーティーで激ウマです！！
今まで食べたドライマンゴーは何だったの？？というくらいに美味しいです。

ピロも大好きで二人で競うように食べています。

食材ではないけど意外にヒットしたのがこちら。
「Ａｍｏ」というケーキ屋さん。
小さなお店にひっきりなしにお客さんが入ってるので
「これは美味しいな！」と期待！！
本でお薦めのスポンジケーキは賞味期限がたったの３日！
なので人のお土産に出来ないのがとても残念ですが、こちらも美味しい！

なんというか…シフォンケーキが濡れてしまったような食感。
噛むとじわっと水分が出てくるような湿度とシュワシュワと口の中で溶けていく感じと
コーヒーの粒がシャリシャリと舌に残る感じが絶妙なんです。

最初１切れ食べた時は正直
「ふつう～」と思ったけど食べれば食べるほどハマっていく味。
結局１本をほとんど一人で食べてしまいました^^；

私はコーヒー味がお薦めです。

＜番外編＞

私の勉強用に購入した中国版キッズＤＶＤ。
子供向けアニメは声優さんが話すので発音がはっきりしていて聞き取り易いのです。

台湾で食い入るように見ていた中国版ディズニーチャンネル。
「中国語なのにわかるの？」と聞いたら「分かるよ」と。
子供ってすごっ！！
