ママ友のＮちゃんのお誕生日会をエキュレで♪

実は年末にやる予定が私のノロウィルスによってドタキャン
ようやく先日実現しました

私の敬愛する（？）美食の王様、来栖さんが立ち上げたレストラン。
１年毎にシェフを変えるんだそうです。

食べていて「なんか知ってるテイストだな～」と思っていたら、
それもそのはず、カンテサンスの元スーシェフ（副料理長）がシェフを務めていました。

意外な組み合わせだけど研ぎ澄まされたシンプルな料理に
結構やられてしまいました。

 

 

美味しい～

 

パンも料理に合わせて来栖さんが厳選したお店のものが出てきます。
（全て違うお店のものなんです）

 

個人的にはマッシュルームと肝のお皿がかなりヒット！！
素材が素晴らしいっ！

 

料理に合わせたワインを飲めるワインコースも良かった！
私の好きな白が中心だったし、色々な個性的なワインが飲めて楽しいのです。

名前は忘れちゃったけど「蟹」の香りのするワイン。
グラスを回せば回すほど「蟹」の匂いがぁ～。
まるで蟹酢をいただいてるような感じで笑ってしまいました。
（これまた個性的で美味しいのです）

最後は待ちにまったデザートプレート。
来栖さんが厳選した日本各地から取り寄せたスイーツ盛り合わせ。

 

マイヒットは真ん中の大阪の「パティスリーリョーコ」の
＜キャラドゥー＞というチョコレートケーキ。
濃厚すぎて鼻血が出そうでしたけどすごく美味しいっ！！

お誕生日のＮちゃんにはこんな可愛いアレンジが。

　

最後に出されるコーヒーも美味☆

　
私はコーヒーは苦手な方なのですがこれは最後まで飲んでしまいました。

2回目以降はメニューを変えてくださるそうで、また行かなくてはっ！！
