ぶっとびスープ [育児]
渡辺満里奈さんが本で絶賛していた、
通称『ぶっとびスープ』は絶対絶対味わいたくて、
行ってきました！
「明福菜館」はさほど綺麗ではないのに
どの席も満席！
ぶっとびスープはあまりの美味しさに
仏さまが飛び上がったとか、
山を飛び越えてまで飲みにきたから、
という説から
「佛跳○←漢字出ず^^;」という名前がついたとか。
狙いはこのスープのみ。
何しろ量が多いし、このあと夜市で食べ歩き計画があるので。
期待していた通り、
壺の『ぶっとびスープ』登場！
中身はアワビ、フカヒレ、内臓、くわい、筍、
干ししいたけ、くわい、骨付き鶏などがこれでもかってくらい。
感想…
多分今まで味わったスープの中で一番美味しいっ！
ほんと、ぶっとぶくらい美味しいの！
かなり究極なコンソメスープの中華版といった感じ。
この壺ごと日本に持って帰りたい！！
スープを堪能し腹六分で押さえて
さあ！夜市に買い食いツアーだっ！と思った瞬間、
ピロりん撃沈…(－_－メ)
まだ18:30ですがな。
外で撃沈なんてまず有り得ないのに、
このタイミングで何故(＠_＠)？？
明日は帰国の日。
悔しいので明日のLunchはお腹がはち切れそうなくらい
小籠包食べまくろう！と旦那さんと誓った夜でした。
