王道だけど、やっぱり台湾といえば
ディエンタイフォンを試さねば～、ということで
本店に行ってみました。
人気のお店のせいか、席に着くまですごく合理的。
番号と注文書を渡されて、料理を考えているうちに
番号が電光掲示板に表示されるのです。
熱々の小籠包はやっぱり美味しい！
口の中がやけどしそうになりながら
ハフハフと食べるのは至福の一時です。
一人10個(1蒸篭)なんてあっという間にペロリ。
でも…上海のディエンタイフォンの方が皮が薄かった気がする。
私は皮が薄いのが好みで、
中身が透けて見えるくらいのが好きなんです。
ついでに空心菜のニンニク炒めと辛いタレの海老水餃子も。
空心菜はかなりのヒット！
時間切れで小籠包屋のはしごは出来なかったけど、
かなり満足！
さてさて日本に帰らねば～。

烏来の温泉も良いですが、台北はお食事が美味しいですからね！
私も初めて台湾に行った時、渡辺満里奈さんお勧めのぶっとびスープの
お店行きました！私も壺ごと持ち帰りたいと思いました。
あぁ～鼎泰豊の小籠包、見ただけでお腹が鳴りますっ！
鼎泰豊は高島屋にもありますが、小籠包10個も入ってないので
本場に限るな、なんて食い意地炸裂な感想を抱いた事もありました・・・。
あ～目の保養になりました、ｍｉｍｉさん。
